Why don't gay sporting events like the World Out Games and Gay Games have gymnastics? Don't they know how many gay men watch gymnastics? Surely it would rake in a lot of money from spectators! Unfortunately I suspect it wouldn't get many competitors because gymnastics is a bit too hard especially for men after a certain age. Although you could always modify the rules!

If there is enough interest in any sport, enough to cover the costs of the venue/ equipment, the sport will be presented... send them a mail - if enough gymnasts send mails, it will happen...

I think that's the problem: gymnastics is way too expensive to set up and participate in, lol.

It's about what they perceive is popular and/or what they have for the particular sports. The Gay Games, when hosted in North America, dont have field hockey for some reason, despite it being a massive sport worldwide and getting enough teams to field a competition at the Out Games. But when it's held in Europe, they do. Go figure.

Not yet but we went to the Gay Games in Cologne Germany in 2010 and enjoyed it very much so we will probably be in Antwerp next year.
