Pre-work out supplements

    I've been going to gym for about 4 months now and lost 12kg already, I took nitro-tech,creatine and amino acid for a whole month, then my friend suggested that after taking those stuff is I should take Glutamine, Plasma jet, animal stak and more protein shake (but diff brand). any suggestions on what brands should I look for? BTW, my current weight is 79kg and would love to have lean muscles but not that much bulky, I go to gym 6x a week for about 2hrs.

    Would love to hear all your suggestions.

    Don't go overboard with the supplement's,the right food's are key to a muscular body! I use Creatine,Whey,Fish Oil,Multi and sometimes I use a pre-workout energy supplement..Diet is always #1 though.

    Isn't there a side effect with the continous use of creatine? Because they told me to stop it after i finish 1 small container of it. I take multi vit from gnc and super omega oil capsules.
