I have been doing no cardio at all. Just weight lifting and eating as much as possible to gain weight. Although I lost a couple pounds because I was recently prescribed aderall, I'm back to 175. Now, I was wondering weather or not I should add cardio to my workout? Will it make me lean and show more muscle definition or will it work against me causing a loss of muscle mass? Any advice?
