I know this is kind of old, but I still find it pretty inspirational.

'married maid franchise' ? lol ... she sounds like a wonderful mother... It's rather interesting (and sad) that she said : "I don't miss the sex"

I guess it's just her expressing that she misses the person she loved rather than the physical aspect. She's trying to get the point across that it's about two people loving each other and what they do in the bedroom is nobodies business but their own. She seems fun though.

That's the problem. Gays and tolerant people voting for a candidate with an anti-gay rights, anti-woman's rights, and anti-civil rights agenda. Rather despicable to continue to vote with your pocketbook instead of your heart and mind.

It's sad that one republican actually caring about gay people makes news.

Funny how if you ONLY vote Democrat you're "Voting with your heart & mind" and that some of you are so closed-minded to think that just because someone who is gay may vote for a certain Republican candidate that their only reason must be "their pocketbook". Did you ever think there may be a host of other reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with money or their sexuality?

There really aren't any good reasons to be a right-winger. Yes, I know you have lots of "reasons". But they're all wrong.

You don't get to decide the "right" or "wrong" on why I, or anyone else, votes. But you ARE entitled to an opinion. icon_wink.gif

I have much respect for this lady however you really can't bring politics into it. She has a lesbian daughter in her life which I'm sure had a huge impact on her thinking. I wish more legislators looked from her point of view but quite frankly most will not.

I don't think it's interesting or sad for her not to miss the sex. Sex is overrated--on Realjock and in the real world. icon_wink.gif

The GOP definitely needs more open minded people like this.
