So I just got done watching the opening release of The Avengers and all I can say is that it's definitely worth watching. The humor, action and overall Mavelism of it is just spectacular.

Who else watched it and enjoyed it?

***Spoiler Alert***: Watch the end credits and see if you recognize the villain. Crazy stoked for the next one :-)

yeah it was amazing, there's 2 extra scenes btw. One midway through the credits and one after everything.

Watching it tomorrow. Looks great from the trailers/reviews and I'm a big fan of Tom Hiddleston who plays Loki. He was the best thing about the Thor film and Brit's make the best villains. icon_biggrin.gif

Plenty of hot hero body scenes... It did not disappoint, but some of the dialogue was too cheesy/ contrived for bad ass men

Awesome movie, worth uhh only getting 5ish hours of sleep before having to head down the hill for school lol. And yeah there was two scenes, I liked the last one better than the first scene that happened after the credits.

I loved it. It was almost too comical, but the director made it work. I'll definitely be seeing the next one.

It was delightful. Hulk stole the show, both as Mark Ruffalo and "the other guy."

Can't wait for the next installment.

Just got back from watching it and I'd give it a solid 3.5 out of 5. It was a bit too long and could have done with some trimming but I thought Joss did a great job balancing things with all the different superheros.

Loki stole the film for me though. He was an excellent villain and had some great lines. A super villain with style and class that I can approve of.

The only downer was that all of the hero's were pretty much invincible so there was no real threat at any point during the film. The only time I felt any tension was when The Hulk was chasing after Scarlett's character Black Widow but that was it.

I know a little about the Marvel universe so I clicked who the next big bad will be and I think it's an excellent choice as he can definitely compete with The Avengers.

I have absolutely no desire to see any of them, ever.

people are all like "omg, seeing Avengers!" .... I just don't get it. Photobucket

Needs more pantsless Hulk. I don't want no nude Banner.

I wasn't that excited for it originally but was pleasantly surprised after seeing it. One of the best movies I've seen in a while.
