  i applied for a uncapped internet contract 2 weeks ago and have no received my modem as of yet. they have started charging me for it and i haven't even made use of the service. called the complaints centre and they couldn't help. made a complaint on the company's facebook page and on hellopeter and within an hour it was sorted out and the money back in my account.

  Two odd ones this morning that I think might have been spam, but they had pics, but I think they were fake pics... so yes. I reported them as spam.

  Yes. I have had a few.
  I clicked on the persons account, blocked them and/or reported them for abuse depending how whacked the message was. Lately, I'm getting emails for sex tourism in Thailand.
  I also turn off IM every so often, too.
