It seems to me that my pelvis expands wider than my ribcage. How am I supposed to get rid of that flank fat on the outside of my lower back when I am consistently told that I am "endomorphic" a somatotype by birth to be a fat ass? Ive concentrated my Abdominal exercises to crunches, obliques and back hyperextensions but it seems that after 3 months of training and dieting this same 10 pounds just dont wanna go no where. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
