Why did you miss out on the gym and how did you feel about it?

For me: Bronchitis. It's been one week now since I've seen a weight room and it's driving me crazy.

Had a cold that turned into bronchitis earlier this month. Missed two weeks. Hate it, but there's nothing you can do but take care of yourself. If you start back too early you could relapse.

I use the down time to read more, rest, and look inward a little more. Don't worry about a week or two off. I've read that it's good every two to three months to take one to two weeks off from weights completely and just let your body rest. When you return, it will come back.

I panic when I'm not there everyday!

Didn't go today so I feel like I weight 50 lbs heavier!

Couldn't imagine not going for a week!

A week is an extended period of time??? Ugh.

A week is nothing. I haven't been in a LONG time, and it's driving me INSANE!!! I've lost so much progress, and I feel like a caged animal.

I haven't been to the gym in five months. I have been planning on going back and getting serious but for some unknown reason, I just cannot get to doing it.
