Fresh Meat here. And a guy that really wants and needs to lose weight.

A brief summary - Im about 5'10 - 5'11 and I weigh 275. Medically "obese". Im not super portly, and Im comfortable with who I am - but I look at myself in the mirror and think "C'mon, you can do better than this". Thats the personal reason anyway -the the other reason is health and should be quite obvious. I should not be 275 lbs. Given my height anyway.

This would also teach me self discipline, which is always a boon.

So I appeal to you all to give me tips on how lose weight quickly in a safe way. Im more concerned with losing weight right now, the luxury items will come later.
