    Any one here with big success using 'athlete fast' for body building? This article shows a method for athlete fast for muscle growth ... by working out and loading up on protein right after the fast... will let you know my result.

    It is called 'Intermittent Fasting'. I follow it and it works for me in my lifestyle. Just started bulking on it so dont have much results to show for right now.
