After 3 weeks in the studio i quite hyped I could put on more than 30 pounds on some weights and still exercise controlled. Especially when I was doing bicpes I was thrilled only to discover: Wth in the 2nd set I almost easily finished with the right arm but the left one wouldn´t budge in the middle of the set..okay I guess this is to be expected but what do i do now ? Less weight on the left but more repetition for better strenght ? Or suck it up and use the same weight on both till the left catches up ?

thx George

BINGO! It is natural for one side of your body to be stronger than the other. Take a look at your form - if you are using machines or barbells, concentrate on pushing and pulling evenly while you workout. This may require you to drop down the resistance until you can do your exercises with proper form. Using heavier weights or completing more reps with the weaker arm will do nothing but exhaust that arm more.

Be patient - your body will even out.

And if it doesn't, try masturbating with your left hand.
