I've noticed this more in older men than younger ones (though in some young ones too) where their pecs seem fine and perky up top but towards the bottom, the tits sort of sag and veer off to the sides. FMOI, is this caused by concentrating too much on the upper pec, a loss of muscle tissue with age, or simply an accumulation of fat in the pectorals? What can be done to fix that problem to have a more "even" chest? Any feedback appreciated.

No, it is most likely gynomatisia... It is not muscle... It's called "man tits", from too much testosterone converting to estrogen, or too low testosterone...

It is also as commonly, if not more so, lipomastia - where there is fat accumulation, but not growth of mammary tissue.

As to the cause, more specifically it has to do with the ratio of testosterone to estradiol (estrogen).

I am glad to find a post where this issue is being talked about, for I too fear I may have Gynecomastia or gynaecomastia. I posted two pictures on my profile, for others to view and give me advice.

I still need to see a doctor. I am worried it just might be that and than what do I do?

I never had a profound chest before, but I never wanted it like this.

    This $H!T $u><$ !!!

I have Pseudo-Gynecomastia, however, I did think I had Gynecomastia until I finally got checked out.

    Causes of Gynecomastia:

Steroids and Hispanics do not mix, for their genes cause a hormonal imbalance. Soy milk, Rice milk, and any other pasteurized product like so are mainly breast milk replacement products that too can cause hormonal imbalances. Meat and Poultry that have been injected with hormones (McDonald's products and other store bought meat and poultry products.)

Buy only meat and poultry products where the animals were organically grown. Yes, it is more expensive, but it is better to be safe than sorry.

You should not be taking Steroids or any type of steroids in the first place. Steroids are just another way of getting implants.

If you are overweight or eat a lot of these products than you should get checked for Gynecomastia. Request hormonal blood work to test for hormonal imbalances.

Gynecomastia can also cause men to developing secretion glands in the breast - breast milk.
