Romney opposes marriage equality and civil unionsPresumptive GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney said he is opposed to civil unions and gay marriage on the same day that President Barack Obama became the first president to support same-sex marriage.

"Well, when these issues were raised in my state of Massachusetts, I indicated my view, which is I do not favor marriage between people of the same gender, and I do not favor civil unions if they are identical to marriage other than by name," the former Massachusetts governor told Denver Fox affiliate KDVR-TV. "My view is the domestic partnership benefits, hospital visitation rights, and the like are appropriate but that the others are not."

So Mitts plans to advance gay rights is to keep us as second class citizens? Is this what gay republicans are voting for?

The RJ conservaposse has already announced their unequivocal support for Romney, despite his promise to discriminate against the gay community, and his pledge to support an anti-gay constitutional amendment.

The conservaposse will vote against Obama because he is Black, Liberal, and pro-gay. And also despite his successes, in the face of the obstacles engineered by the Party of No to defeat him at the expense of the US economy and other national interests.

You really have to wonder about the motives of the conservaposse. Either they are self-destructive self-haters, a phenomenon we see in the gay community, or else they are hostile plants, which we know the Right Wing sends to gay sites such as ours.

Either way it really doesn't matter. Gay hatred is gay hatred, whatever and whoever generates it. To quote the conservaposse hero GW Bush: "Either you're with us, or against us."

What do you think SB? Can you come up a plant more hostile than this one?
