Light Medium Heavy?

    Hello RJers,

    I have been on an HST program for over 6 months now and I would like to switch more to a Light Med Heavy per week set up.

    So for example it would be 13 reps one day, 8 reps another day and 4 reps another day all within about a week.


    Anyone have experience with this set up? I'm curious if I should make it Heavy-Light- Medium.

    Any advice is appreciated

    "Variety is the spice of life," and also the key to effective workouts. Try either variation for a few weeks, and then switch to something different. As long as you are bringing enough intensity to your workouts, almost any weight/rep scheme will be effective.

    Thanks for the reply ! I will try it up and keep adding weight to the bar each week.
