es Julia Bob brown is now gone fleed a sinking ship in a hope his party would pay less reprimands for the damage both you and he have done to Oz, and it's people, thus listen to the People of Oz now Julia, we do not want the carbon tax, that Bob and his ratbag party forced upon us; he is thank god, gone now.

Your bribes in the recent budget have backfired, with your cash splash to buy off voters, because they fear it was not enough to protect them from the carbon tax.

Let it go Julia you have already lost the next election, even With Obama flipping on Gay Marriage, you still say no to unnatural unions. Put the people of Oz before your own ego and drop the carbon Tax Julia, we do not want it.

As much as I disagree with you, and realise that the vast majority of guys on this site couldnt give a fuck about Australian politicsicon_cool.gif

I have found it rather interesting that the media are finally turning on Mr NO and his ragtag bunch of ratbags. The media have enjoyed the ridiculous statements coming from the opposition that have made for wonderful headlines but little else, and are beginning to hold them to account for their silly statements not based in fact or are uncosted.

I bet any money the next election will have neither Julia or Tony as party leaders

I have no idea who labour will have ( I hope that it isnt Kevin again :rollicon_smile.gif but I bet the Liberals have Malcolm Turnbull or a reenergised Peter Costello.

Its a shame Julia just seems scared to say anything and Tony just stamps his foot and says no to anything.

PS maybe try watching QandA once in a while? I was suprised to see last week the vast majority are like me - Completely over the bullshit that tha media have been pumping out.

Bob Brown is not the problem nor are the greens in general. The carbon tax will turn out just like the GST a non issue

Watch Q and A when ever I can, but I do not watch much TV now days.

Not having a go but WA is a world away from the reality of mainstream Oz. Do you recall they even wanted to make WA a country of it's very own; but many of the ones pushing for this went belly up in the reason of the 1980s. The carbon tax does need to go, and I look forward to how it plays out, but we voted in the GST, with John Howard! We never voted for the carbon Tax, in fact Julia. promised it would not come to pass, but Bob Brown forced it onto Oz; but Bobs gone nowicon_razz.gif

We never voted the GST in and it was a Howard Election promise that “No, there's no way that a GSTwill ever be part of our policy"and “Never ever. It’s dead. It was killed by the voters in the last election”

No The Hon John Howard was to push for the GST, and Oz voted it in with him, and the GST still lives. Gillard in her election run was to promise there would be no carbon tax during her term. The Moment she was in not even with a majority, she was to change her tune, and say there would be a carbon tax; another broken promise from Julia.

She does not even support gay marriage, even after Obama came out.

I'm sure you would like one to feel shame and guilt. not gonna happen, I hold my head up high for putting country before self.

But what what Australia really needs now, is to once agin fix oz from the damage Labour and this time too the Greens have done to Oz; again.

Gillard was no more deceptive than Howard (even though I know you will never recognise). Very ironic that you give so much praise to howard after he changed the Marriage Act to prevent gay marriage when individual states tried to recognise it (following the lead of none other than president Bush). So stop being a hypocrit.

Oh but one also recalls the damage Paul Keating did to Oz, , and the massive debt he put us in too, and how the Howard Government got all the bills paid off and saving in the bank, only for labour, to squander the moment they got their hands on it. No Julia was clear before the elections there would be no carbon tax, under her rule, and she was no sooner in and took that back, well knowing she would never of gotten were she is now, if she was truthful, it's in fact it's you who has your eyes closed to the damage kevin and Julia, and Bob have done to Oz, and one has also been clear, I put country before self; you should try it sometime.

Oh this is also Oz, and our vote is our own to do as we wish!icon_wink.gif

There does seem to be a trend in Oz, the left wing keep putting us in debt, and then we have to vote in the right to get their bills paid off.

We should not overlook the fact that since Obama came out, in support of gay marriage; albeit the timing could be questioned. Julia was to step out and was adamantly clear her position had not changed, and she did not support marriage for unnatural unions. Funny but when the left take this stance it's OK, but when the right do the same thing, it's not?

Why I support Civil Unions, they are all inclusive, and move away from the word marriage.

Gay marriage an imposable dilemma for Julia. If president Obama desires a second term, then a pro gay marriage stance is both brave and crazy; thats lost votes from the Latino community for a start.

The ALP has a strong Roman Catholic bedrock, so unless the progressive MPs are ready to renege on their conformation vows, they will need to support their leader.

It seems true that these days you cannot hold to the traditional idea of marriage without being kicked around for being heartless and wrongheaded.

Though the matter is one of definitions, conservatism is wrongly accused of being callus.

But then we also have the issue of Craig Thomson. Where last week a fair Work investigation found that Thompson as Health Service Union Boss misused up to $500,00 of members money to high living, hookers and his election campaign. As well the Speaker of the House Allen Slipper, for sexual harassment of young male employees. Yet we have those from the left wing who want to lay the blame on the conservatives, and the media for misrepresentation. Oh how for some Kevin for 07 gave so much hope, yet it was all so misplaced, and been misused too.

Also in Oz last week a Bord member of Victoria's Equal Opportunity commission, singed a petition "to oppose moves for same-sex marriage".

It's no suprise that the state institution policing our morals is hogged by the Left. But we can still be amazed by their intolerance of dissent.
