Or keep going on bulking up a lil bit longer?

    What the popular opinion?

    It's almost summer

I've already started. But I like to gradually decrease my cals & carbs while increasing my activity. My job is much more physical in the summer so it helps me burn it off. I find if I change my diet too radically I start losing muscle mass.

I've accepted that I don't have the will power to get "cut" - though I am shifting to more protein and veggies for the summer.

i started cutting down in May - reduced calories, fat and sugar, increase protein and veg, i'll break down and have a bran muffin or a whole wheat bagel sometimes though. i never met a carb i didn't like!

i also increased my cardio work and spend fewer days in the gym (rather than 6 days, i'm down to 4/week).

Starting in a week. When I cut I go fullblown the 1st month. It's painful .... not looking forward to this ..... haha.
