Hey all. I'm just starting my own little routine last week and I'm already feeling some changes in my body which give me more motivation to keep going.

I'm doing 45 minute Tae Bo Cardio about three days out of the week and thinking of adding some weight lifting to that schedule. I weigh 220 but I'm eventually trying to drop down to a very toned 185. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice I can follow to add to my routine. Time isn't really a factor for me so I'm in no rush, just so long as I'm making progress.

I don't have the cash to get to a gym so I'm looking for exercises I can do at home and maybe make it to that swimmer's build I've always wanted. The only weights I've got are a pair of twenty pound dumbbells but I'm also looking to get into the martial arts. Any help I can get would be appreciated.

Arnold Schwarzeneggars Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding is great too.
