I am looking to join a team for the upcoming TM at Snow Valley. Seeking a fun, energetic and team spirited group. This will be my second TM. I am also registered for the Northstar TM in Sept 2012 in Tahoe.

I see so many people on here who enjoy the Tough Mudders that I'm starting to wonder if what I participated in is a normal TM. Is it standard procedure to have to run through live electrical wires and be dunked in ice water? I just found the event to be a little sadistic for my tastes. I shy away from things where I can get burned, electrocuted or come down with hypothermia. But I support you 100% if you're tough enough and enjoy them.

Yeah all that is standard. Lol. I think the sense of accomplishment is the real draw.

And good luck. I did the Snow Valley course last Memorial Day weekend and it was TOUGH. Very high altitude and very steep. We grinded away at it for over 4 hours.
