jerseywoof saidAubrey is very confident even if its forced a bit. She really is very very attractive. She will be seen again.
Oh man no way!! She completely doofus looking. No shape in her face. If it wasn't for the hair and the T&A she would only get laid by gay men and the desperate and married. She tries far too hard in everything, is arrogant and that cooks up her brilliant quick thinking creative mind, until it's all steam. No one can fully appreciate her endless supply of ideas because she does not know how to seduce people into eating them up, while working within a team. She needs to be given an audio version of How to win friends and influence people. It will benefit her.
If Vagina had a full talking walking human incarnation, it would be Aubry.
I watched this season on and off... I was turned OFF by the firing of Michael Andretti because it was obvious WHY... because he refused to tie his families name to Buick.. understandably...and give them free endorsement for their car. That was pretty unethical in my opinion.
Arsenio, Penn (love that man!) and Adam were all really good workers. Adam got the boot too soon. Penn unfairly got the boot. I would have liked to have seen Penn go up against Arsenio for their charities.
I hope Arsenio pulls it off because he is deserving farr more than Clay. Clay does not know how to empower the people who work for and under him so that they feel confident to do their job. When you tell and show people that you have faith in them, they have faith in themselves, and will work FOR you to show that your faith was well put, because they care about your business or cause. Your employees should feel as if they have stake in this. That it IS their business too, so when you give them a task and guide them to what you need to happen and are expecting from them, you'll be met with enthusiasm and a hunger to see a quality finished product.
When you demoralize and alienate your team members and doubt them... as with Clay... You have more headaches.. hurt feelings and people will despise you and throw you under the bus because you have clearly shown them that they work under you and you do not value them, so therefore they feel disconnected from the project...and you are closer to failure. You can not make people feel like shit, indirectly by calling their competency into question, and then ask them to do shit for you. Not going to work. Clay did that several times and thrives on constant conflict instead of just meeting each disaster with an instant new plan. Instead he really shot himself in the foot with Debbie. Debbie could have pulled through for him, but he cut the possibility of that working out well by micromanaging the fuck out her until she broke. Does she give a damn about his project now.. no. She's not getting paid. If i were him, i would call off the cousin coming to the mural knowing i'm at a higher risk of her doing a shitty job in spite of me because i was a horrible ass.
Arsenio will win this. He comes off as such a good man. I think Aubry was intimidated by him. But if she can dish it... she can take it.
