A couple years ago I bought a "Blade" RC Helo. Some RC lovers will recognize the name.

Well, it sucked. No gyro, and I had no prior experience to RC helo's. You can figure out the rest.

A couple days ago some cute salesdude at the mall offered me a deal on two GYRO-stabilized RC helo's that I just couldn't resist (35% off). I jumped and bought them both.

Finally...RC helo's that are easy to operate. icon_biggrin.gif

Wel fuck, I just broke off one of the counter-weights. Now it shakes and shimmies and I have to buy a new counter-weight. icon_sad.gif

    That didn't take long. Lol.

We had a phase at work where everyone bought one of the cheap $35 versions with the gyros in them. I am terrible at flying it and now that the lunch fad of flying them has died out, it just sits on my desk and collects dust.

Nothing separates all men from women as clearly as our toys, whether big or small. icon_rolleyes.gif

Hmmm.... that might be a way to finally get the cats to go outside to poop.

I found it this morning while walking the dog. It's now fixed and flying again. Yay! icon_biggrin.gif

My dog likes to play with it, but she won't bite it (thank goodness). She runs from it for a few minutes, then walks over to it while it's hovering till I lunge it at her, then she'll run again...smiling the whole time. icon_lol.gif

Good thing my dog is old and "semi-retired" now. When they were young they'd leap into the air to snag bugs and try to catch birds. Never could get them to catch a frisbee though.

My dog is kinda old (no longer goes in heat), but she still catches flies.

LMAO! Touché, mon cher, my best laugh of the day. I meant separated behaviorally, not anatomically, but I should know yah gotta be extra sharp around here to escape the witty parsing.icon_biggrin.gif
