Need help getting back into shape.

    In high school I played soccer, lacrosse and ran track. I went to college and just stopped being active.

    I went from 130 pounds to 145.42 (Freshmen 15 at it's finest)

    Now that I am finished school and on summer vacation I want to start running and working out again.

    I just wanted to know what are some of the things you guys do to stay in shape, get toned, and gain muscle. And what are some of the things you guys do to cut body fat.
