    Hey Realjocks!

I am currently in the process of leaving my current job as a key holder from a luxury glove boutique which I helped opened, but I have doubts about it's longevity to stay stabalized. I am currently getting paid $14/hour with no commision but I am always guranteed 40 hours per week.

The job I want is a membership consultant at the Yonge Street Fitness Club located at Isabelle and Yonge. I am very passionate about getting into the fitness industry and this is not just some desperate position I want to fill in. They're offering me a full commision (10%) guranteed 40+ hours and I am expected to gain more commision after my 90 days in the position.

Should I keep what I have and just deal with the position I have until it goes out of business? Or take the risk and move on?

Take the gym job. I think it's more rewarding to help people get in shape and make a positive change in their life, rather than help crusty people pick out overpriced gloves.
