I have been training on and off for several years and even at my best I could never lose that last few pounds to expose good ab definition. I've tried high protein and it just makes me feel lousy.

What is the best way to lose those last pesky pounds without killing myself? I think I need to lose about 6% bodyfat.

Severely injure yourself instead. You can do that by cutting a large hole in yourself, then using a shopvac to suck out the remaining fat.

Panda eats, shoots, and leaves. Anyway....

Anyway, the last ten pounds is really more about diet than working out. It sounds like you've already figured that out. Eating a high protein diet with fibrous veggies for carbs is a great way to make it happen. Stay away from grains, gluten, dairy and added sugar. It also helps to limit your fruit and nut intake - just be reasonable. It takes a few weeks for your body to adjust. It sounds like you've tried but not pushed though. Give it 30 days and see how you feel.

A low dose of T4 or T3 might rev things up.
