HGH is not an option for you at 18. At your age your body is producing enough growth hormone naturally. You are too young to get started on anything other than a great diet and hard work in the gym. If you are an ectomorph, eat good carbs and proteins, as many meals as possible and spread out throughout the day.
Stick to your hard work and good food and see what you can develop naturally. Dont expect immediate results, just get into the habbit of liking eating healthy and going to the gym. The more you do it, the more you will like it, and with time you will see changes. In ten years, if you think you have done everything there is to do naturally, you can consider juice...
FYI - hgh on its own is not going to make you grow. it needs to be stacked with other stuff which your body doesnt really need! Its also very very expensive.

As Palikari says, at your age, you should need very little supplements, and especially not HGH.
If you're having trouble gaining, eat more and do less cardio. You don't have many pictures posted, so it's tough to see what you look like and how developed you are. That being said, at 18, you probably have a super high metabolism, so you are probably a really hard gainer (right now). Cut out any and all cardio for a few weeks, do some really heavy lifting, and eat tons. By heavy lifting, I mean squats, deadlifts, pullups, and bench presses, as heavy as you can, with all of those, but ensuring that you maintain proper form. Proper form is much more important than the weight, but you need to work really hard to pack the muscle on.

People are going to do drugs to alter their body if they want to and can get their hands on it.
I wouldn't recommend HGH because as the previous posters have mentioned, you're young and shouldn't have to worry about HGH replacement until your late 20's, 30's and so on.
HGH is not as effective as steroids for gaining muscle mass. It does help to some degree but it's so cost prohibitive that you'll go broke trying to afford it. But whatever small gains you do make from it will be permanent. Whereas steroid use almost always results in nearly complete loss of gains once the cycles are stopped.
For an 18 year old looking to alter his body with drugs I would recommend that he/she put at least a good 5 to 8 years of serious training to see how far you can take your body naturally. It takes work, time and dedication. For those looking for quick fixes, they tend to be people that are not very serious about the sport. They just want to look shirtless in a bar. Not my thing.
