I think I've had some really great gains while bulking but I think it's time to lose some excess fat. I'm really worried about losing gains and was wondering...

1) what is the consensus on a safe amount to lose/week without muscle loss? 2 lbs seem reasonable?

2) I was reading about 2 usplabs products that people seem to swear by - anabolic pump and recreate stack. Anyone have experience with these? Worth the money or bunk like most supps?
