I've been doing p90x for a while and my abs show a lot more than they used to. I was wondering how I can get them more ripped with the split down the middle (I don't know the scientific name for it, lol). I know I need to have a calorie deficit, which I have been maintaining. Are there any workouts that anyone knows of that will help me out? I have a pretty tight budget so it would be cool if it was something i could do at home with the equipment I have.
