Nah, didn't care for her way of speaking. A more stable person would have countered and brought it back on track. She was doing the same as what she criticized him for... Not answering what was asked.

It seemed like she was trying to make him say what she wanted him to say, and when he wasn't buying it, she got threatened that she, the host might get embarrassed on TV, so she lost control, talked over him, wouldn't give him a chance to speak for himself.

In a nutshell, "You come on my show, you say what I want you to say or you get the boot."

You obviously don't understand how broadcast journalism works.

there's broadcast journalism and then 24-hr cable news/ tabloid journalism... in the UK or Canada, or even on PBS, journalists will sometimes ask probing questions to try to find the hard answer.

    You missed the point.
She invited him on to discuss something. They agreed before the show to discuss it. He totally sandbagged her. That was the insult, and good for her for not taking that shit.

Exactly, he agreed to talk about a specific subject matter, then tried to use his time to steer it a different direction. He deserved what he got.

Gays also happen to be pretty sexist against women for as much they act like them. She wasn't a "rude bitch" for responding to him taking a dig at her. I've seen plenty of seasoned and poised male anchors respond back with just as much force as she did. You can call what he did "undermining" but it was also rude and aimed personally at her on her show. Katie Couric, Diane Sawyer, Robin Roberts and plenty of other "women" have had to put people in their places. Guess they are "bitches" too....

Ok the guy was being a bitch too, dont think for a minute Mr sock account I cant call a man a bitch either.
