I'm not fem, but not but either. I love certain girly things, I'm just having difficulty finding anyone who is essentially "Gay lite" any pointers?

What do you mean "having difficulty"? How are you actually going about finding the thing you want?

Check out your local Pride Center. It's an excellent way to meet some of the more feminine homos.

Im the same way. I can pass for straight if I feel like it and I'm never flamboyant, but Im not as "manly" as the stereotypical "straight" man.
Still I don't think that should matter. Who you are is who you are and that doesn't mean your partner needs to be the same way. I've dated guys so masc no one would suspect they're gay and some who talk in a high voice and wear short shorts. If you get along and the sex is good I don't see the issue with femininity/masculinity or lack thereof.

I'd call you a little bit Braff.

#EDIT: Sorry I didn't understad your post. Do you want to know what a slightly effeminate man should be called?
or do you just want to know where to find them?

I use the term "regular gay." As in, yes you are a man, but you are not exactly concerned with hiding the fact you are gay.

I don't think you need a label. You need a place to meet people and gain satisfactory experience. Look for group activities like clubs, interest groups, church, neighborhood events...where you meet and interact with people. You will end up talking to a lot of guys before you find an interesting gay one, but that is OK. Casual encounters, even watching a ball game with someone, will help to build your confidence and give you practice at conversation.

Don't go looking for guys who be with... go looking for guys to talk to. That's how you'll find a guy with whom you can do both.
