I had been following everything by the book for about a year. Made some progress, but not much. Was spending hours in the gym with not much to show for it. Seems the regular workouts do not work with skinny guys. Hope this guy can help me. I don't want to be skinny anymore.

    The video link doesn't work.

Anyway, I actually heard from a few guys this man's program works, though I've never tried it.
    I can tell you what worked for me;
EAT A LOT. Up your protein, and carbs.
LIFT LIKE A POWERLIFTER/FOOTBALL PLAYER. Research on supersets, trisets, And Periodization training. Do them.
GET AS MUCH SLEEP as you Can. Seriously.
BE PATIENT. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Did I say EAT A LOT already?

    Good luck!

Interesting... he talks a lot, but takes forever to get to the important points. Hate when guys do that. All fluff. Irony!

There should be a term for our society which is geared towards making us all feel insecure and spend money to fix stuff that works jst fine

Overall. I don't use shakes either, but I do use Creatine x3 and am a hard gainer too. I eat like mad after a workout, and load up on protein bar and water the entire time too. I'm actually gaining really well. I'm doing supersets, and doing more reps/set on each set = > 10/set. I work out for power, but also for strength.

Also, I hate how these miracle info deals work on people's obvious insecurities, which double their desire to get into the damn thing... just how everyday commercials work. This guy sure has a lot riding on you buying into whatever his angle is... I'd rather not get to the end of the video. He's making me sleepy and anxious.

    Night*

He's just selling his system really well.... i would try it after this talk .. but yeah, this whole capitalising on people's insecurities is annoying, I mean yeah, I understand he used to feel like that too, but now he's kind of enforcing the society's expectations that made him feel insecure in the first place....

Look, his message seems correct and he is giving you a lot for $77.00 and says he wants to help as many skinny guys as possible. $77.00 is an amazing deal for what he's giving you (watch the end of the video). That's like one month worth of powders. Plus he has over 80,00 success stories and is getting positive reviews. For $77.00 it's worth a try. I've spent so much more on supplements that never helped.

Are you trying to watch this video on an iPad? It probably won't work there because this is a flash movie.

You can thank Steve Jobs for that.

This for sure. I'm a trainer too and this is the key.

No offense, but are you an ectomorph? No. Have you personally trained one and gotten him results? I doubt it. So I don't think you really can comment on the difficulties we experience and say how it's really so easy. Or know what will work for our type. I'm willing to give this a try. If it doesn't then I'm out $77.00. I've spent a lot more on protein powders.

The before skinny photos look like they were taken when he was about 15 which I assume was more than 24 weeks ago.

And just remember folks, nothings is as good as it looks in the commercials.
