Good. Hopefully NOM loses the battle and is forced to shut down.

What disappointing is that such actions only come after an election has been held. The improperly influenced election results stand, the perpetrators get a slap on the wrist, pay a nominal fine, and get to do it all over again with impunity the next election.

Are there no US election commissions or courts that have the power to stop such abuses BEFORE voters go to the polls? No wonder groups like NOM are serial offenders.

Romney has done so many slimy things it's hard to keep track of them all, but I don't remember hearing that he contributed directly to NOM.
That makes him even more vile and bigoted. Giving untold thousands of dollars to a group whose sole reason for existing is to harm an oppressed minority by bitterly opposing their civil rights -- Romney makes me sick.
I hope he's happy with his millions and his multiple mansions and servants -- how nice for him to be using his money to make other people's lives sadder and more difficult.
Many people who embrace bigotry to this extent eventually see the error of their ways and regret it ... but in his case, I doubt he will. He truly hates gay Americans, and I doubt his mind will ever change.
