    You should try going to see an all- (or mostly-) male dance troupe. I went to a show Saturday night in a small local studio. No shoes allowed on the floor. So everyone except the audience: dancers, lighting guy, camera guy, musicians, ushers... was barefoot.

    I felt so constricted.

    Are the feet the true windows to the soul and not the eyes? I've met some very good liars who could convince you with their eyes. My theory is that most people resist (or guard against) letting just anyone touch their feet (because very few people ask to touch our feet), but they can look anyone in the eyes. What is that about? I'm just wondering is all.
