I have recently came out as being gay. I'm the kind of guy everyone least expected to be gay. anyway In my mind I want a relationship and to fool around with other guys however I have also been thinking if the opportunity presented itself I might have sex with a woman only for the thrill and to try it.
Am I still gay or am I bi?

in my opinion, you don't need to label yourself icon_smile.gif just let it be

Can't say your gay if your still thinking of the ladies. Your supposed to experiment. Experience gives the foundation to know yourself. Best test which stands true every time. Put down to pics of a naked man and woman. Then masturbate, which one were you looking at when you came? Emotionally I was quite comfortable being with a woman and I could perform quite well sexually with them. But to get my blood to boil sexually, balls across the nose everytime. Lol

Be yourself and don't worry so much about wearing a label.

this +1 I often wonder why we feel such a need for labels.
just be who you are and enjoy your life. where ever it takes you

i knew from an early age that i was probably gay. in highschool i had 2 girlfriends (hot ones too) and i messed around with a guy. in university i made the transition, came out as bi but then lost interest in girls altogether and became more comfy with being gay. like the others said, don't put a label on it yet. just experiment to see what you're more into. it will become clearer over time.

thanks for the replies. just to add something, I havent gone all the way with a chick but i have with a guy (safe of course). When i'm in the 'mood' I don't have any thought what so ever of a woman. all I think about is guys. the extent of my feelings to the opposite sex is that some of them are pretty nothing more than that. I don't think about the sexual activities I could do with a chick because that really doesn't do anything for me.

There are many gay men who have tried it with a woman, just to say they had done it.

Deep down you know who you are, and what others think doesn't matter.

Maybe you should read up about the Kinsey Scale

edit: The studies were a little funky but it's still got some great ideas that I think more of us should live by.

When everyone around you seems to be taking 'sides' you often feel like you need to as well. You don't. Like what you like as long as you're not hurting anyone. If other people get hung up on semantics that's their problem. icon_wink.gif

Agreed. And I can relate. I consider myself gay, but I'm not married to that label. If I met a really hot girl and felt a connection, I'd go for it. Whatever, maybe I'm bi. But labels are just labels.

Just enjoy being young. Whatever presents itself, go for it if you want. Just use protection.
