    A good personal trainer makes a work out plan based on how you're body is built and what you need. Not what it says in a book.

    Doesn't do the same routine for everyone all the time; does his research, tries new things for himself, and starts you minimum weight; if you've never lifted before.

    ... teaches squats and deadlifts (which implies he knows how to do them properly himself). Cares more about good form than weight. And know that nutrition and sleep matter as much as what you do in the gym.

    This my guy is awesome, he left me with a great workout while im away working.
    He remembered that im back in Perth today and has already texted to meet me at the gym.
    He always checks on my form

    I greatly admire him

    Ah. When I got my certification from Poliquin, this was called a structural balance test.
