So 2 weeks into summer vacation and I am bored outta my mind. All my friends from school are 2+ hours away and I have no car to go and see them. And my town is boring and I don't really talk to anyone from high school so yeah I'm just hanging out bored lol. I need some kind of hobby.

Any suggestions? Anyone in a similar situation so I'm don't feel like a complete loser.

Here's a video of me doing one of my favorite hobbies: PARKOUR!

Try it out. You don't need any money, equipment, or anything. Just use your body and get creative (that's what he said)!

@Musicman Look for some awesome Parkour/Freerunning groups around your area. You'll meet some awesome new people that'll be willing to teach you the basics! Have fun icon_biggrin.gif

I'm in the same boat. Home for the summer from freshman year of college with no car and friends live 2 hours from me with no high school friends to hang out with. So I need to form a new social circle and find something to enjoy. I tried looking for soccer or rugby teams to join, but they're all too far away. So I'm just looking for a job right now and maybe something to get involved in.

I enjoyed your vid very much, with the sound turned down while listening to this in keeping with the topic title:

OP, you can't use the car 'cause you didn't work a lick.

Jeez, the day I got home from spring term, vacation was over. I'd be up at 0400 getting the hay in and getting ready for cherry harvest. And it was uphill both ways. Four feet of snow in the morning. 110 degree heat in the afternoon. We had to get up three hours before we went to bed. Ooooh these kids have it so soft these days...icon_rolleyes.gif
