The trailers of the movie looks interesting , but i have my doubts if its gonna be good since movies like this seem to be redone over and over again.

But i will still go watch it since its a HORROR MOVIE , icon_biggrin.gif

According to blogs it is cheap to visit and there are even tours.

You can't get close to the old reactor however without protective gear and can't even go inside some buildings that had open doors/windows facing the reactor. But a whole city abandoned mid step... something I'd like to experience as well.

I'm wondering why it took moviemakers so long to come up with this idea. Though the timeframe is right for mutants aged 25 years.

I was in Turkey then, when the joke was "Don't eat the fish from the Bosphorus." Seriously.

I have a free early screening pass for tomorrow night, so I'll check it out & let you guys know. I just hope it's not one of those shakey-cam movies that make me almost barf...as almost happened with "Cloverfield" (which I otherwise really liked), "Quarantine" and "Battlefield: Los Angeles".

They had to wait for the "dust" to settle.

25 years later and still not a single super hero out of that place! quite the disappointment!

marvel and capcom thanks for setting me up for failure by expecting way too much out of this nuclear accident.

I don't think it will. I read in an interview that a "found footage" concept was considered but that in the end, the decision was made to go with a more traditional story telling style.

I'm looking forward to this movie even though I think it could be really good or really bad.
