fitness at 65

    Any suggestions for a 65 yr old? I am in fair shape but the danger is doing damage. I particularly would like to flatten my stomach

    Swimming is a good, all round exercise, very easy on beginners. It can be more demanding as you progress.

    Walking is another one that can be very easy to start, then harder as you get fitter.

    If you`re carrying some weight, they`ll help shift it.
