Any advice on using one week of exercise and strict eating to get ready for being in a swimsuit?

    About two weeks ago, a friend asked me to go to gay days in Orlando. I've never been and hope to have a good time.

    So, I've felt the pressure to be able to look halfway decent in a swimsuit.

    I'm very lean. I'm about 6'1" and 160 lbs. I have an awful time trying to gain any muscle. So my idea is to accentuate the positive, my lean traits.

    I had been negligent for some time before the last week in hitting the gym. I've been doing interval training every other day during the last week, as well as some moderate amount of weight training and abs. I've also done some cardio beside the interval training.

    I've been really laying off the carbs and eating a lot of protein. I didn't a lot of extra tummy to firm up, but I did have some. I have made a little progress in removing that bit of extra tummy.

    Any ideas in what a person with my genetics might do in the next week on the workout and eating fronts to have a flat tummy for Orlando.

    Im 6-3 155.. Ive been wearing Speedos since the mid 1980s. I still wear them today. Your pic looks better them mine does. All you need is more color. Expecially if you plan on wearing smaller swimsuits then most guys wear, then you need to get rid of the "boardshorts" tan on your legs first..
