1) 16th/8ave or 7th ave/10th st - usually 9-11pm
I like the location, it's easy to get to, and easy to get home from 16th/8th since the L train is right there (yes I live in the Bronx . . .) I just like 7/10th cause it's 24 hours... so if I'm running late, I have no excuse to miss a workout hahaha.
2) 5-6 times a week (Weights 5 times, Cardio 2 times)
3) Get stronger and cut some fat, I can always put on weight over the winter haha.
4) No... not yet, but Urban Rebounding sounds interesting. I want to take the Dance, Flexibility, Yoga, and Fighting Excercise classes though... nothing better than a homo that can defend himself while in downward facing dog
5) YES I want a training buddy so bad, it'll give me something better to look than my sneakers lol
6... I'm really lookin for people around my age (18-25) but older than 25 is not a problem at all. Experience is never a flaw.
