At least that's what I think it is- trying to get in to see Doc today.Could not sleep because of pain..What I really want right now though are some serious drugs to knock me out and take pain away.Pisses me off because I should have known better, and even with that still trained two clients yesterday[always said I could do it with one hand tied behind my back]
what makes me mad is I am always big on 'prehab' exercises strengthening rotator cuff etc. corrective..
Might be time to put the days of heavier lifting behind me
anyone else have this happen and how long did your healing process etc. take?

Ouch! If it truly is a tendon rupture you would not be able to stand the pain. The only thing that worked for me was prescription strength pain killers. Vicodin, Motrin were prescribed. I took Vicodin for one day and stopped. It knocked me out and made me a zombie. I took the other medication for two weeks mostly to reduce the inflammation which once the inflammation goes down, then the healing process can begin. It will take months, be very careful. Try to work around the area. I also had to endure 6 weeks of rehab. Not fun, but had to be done. All the best!
