I'm a versatile bottom, but I hardly ever top. I was wondering if there was a healthier diet that bottoms should have to avoid, um...messy situations. Not to say I'm ever dirty when it comes to sex, but I would love to have a diet that is better for bottoms.icon_question.gif

True, however, I guess what I really want to know is what are the things in food I should avoid to be a nice clean bottom as well as healthy foods to eat to have a nice healthy digestive system.

I'd imagine lots of fiber to keep the pipes clean.

Diet schmiet - clean out your hole before you bottom. As my husband (and bottom) says, rinse and spit. icon_smile.gif

Thanks, guy, I never would have figured that out. However, the reason I asked for a certain diet is to have something to coincide with proper cleaning and etc. As I said before, I agree that more fiber would be a good ideal. I would rather eat foods higher on fiber instead of taking supplements though.

GAMRican, don't even think of posting here!

Personally, I kind of hate fibre. It makes it makes for a messier system, and makes poo more regular. I prefer hard, infrequent BMs that leave no trace!

But everyone else and their doctor seems to think fibre is epic so....

Well it actually works for me. I just recently started taking fiber one bars. Also drinking more water. That along with cleaning with a shower enema and not eating at least an hour before sex have got me the maximum clean. Also, it's helping run harder, I run 5.5 miles everyday and having a clean body inside out helps keep you in the right mind set to work out.

I wouldn't worry too much about it since you already take measures to handle business. It's never gonna be %100 spic n span 100% of the time and most tops know that. Jus relax and enjoy tha ride!
