Help me look like this:

    Hello, everyone. First time poster, but I've been lurking for a few days. I just wanted to know if I could get some advice on exercises and maybe dieting options and ideas. This is a picture of what I look like:

    I work out at an office gym that has a bench (doesn't decline, though), free weights, a yukon machine with cables, treadmill, etc. I have been working out about 3x/week and then drinking Optimum Whey protein shakes afterwards. Any advice? I mostly want my pecs to look like the second picture. Thanks!

    So you want to go from a no muscle twink to a very slightly defined twink? Shouldn't be hard with what you are currently doing. Just be patient. I have only started to see results recently and I have been working out for 4 months.
