Ok so I started doing the Strength Foundation Workout last week and it says in the cardio section to maintain a RPE of 6-7 which for me is about 119. The machine says 123 so its close, however by the time my cardio is done my heart rate is like at 181 but I feel fine, not really panting or anything. What am I doing wrong? Is it dangerous to get my heart rate that high? any insight anyone can give would be great!
