    Good advice. It's free here:

    Part 2:

Make it habitual. Three to four times a week.

This. But also try and do a variety of different core exercises at least three times a week. I do abs almost every workout.

Just do a few crunches every night, since crunches work all the muscles.

85% Kitchen (Paleo or intermittent fasting menu plans)

Fasting it true. A couple days before I know I'll be shirtless with other gays, judging me, I will only eat sweet potatoes. Really clears out lots of excess water weight and makes your abs ripped. Trick of the tricks.

In my experience, having sharp abs is about bodyfat (or lack thereof). If you're working your abs at all, you're probably working your abs enough. The rest is diet and "cardio". Of course, there are the "hydroxy" products, but I don't recommend quick fixes.

Define "everything"? Yes I eat anything I want but all paleo approved food groups. I eat all the bacon, eggs, fat, etc I want... I still have my six packs. No
    Sugar, grain, dairy for me.

WHAT SHOULD A SKINNY GUY DO ABOUT ABS???

I try so hard... and still nothing icon_cry.gif

No but seriously. I am trying to gain weight so I eat a ton. But everyone here is saying that abs are made in the kitchen and you should fast and diet and other scary things. How am I supposed to get bigger if I can't eat?
