Why use a pill for weight lose? Suck it up! *SMACK* ..... Get off your *ss, do cardio several times a week, lift and watch your calorie intake (no more double cheese/extra meat hoagies for you). You'll feel better mentally, physically and emotionally. Enough with trying to take the easy way out!

Never heard of it and count in the skeptical group. As someone who lost approximately 50 or so pounds by changing eating habits and picking up exercise it's much more rewarding and long lasting to earn it. Also, you don't have to worry about any side effects that you can get from drugs.

I truly believe the only way to really lose the fat permanently is to rely on your own hard work and mental attitude and nothing else-not a pill, not the latest diet plan.

I tend to agree with the responses posted so far. In fact I'm of the pursuasion that diet pills should be illegal unless the person has a documented medical condition affecting their metabolism. Even many over the counter weight loss pills contain ingredients that are harmful or at the least, not fully tested and verified.

I'm also not a fan of "diet plans" (aka Atkins, South Beach, etc.) because I think they are equally unhealthy. In fact I suspect in another 10 or 20 years we're going to start seeing a rise in cases of heart disease and other conditions as a direct result of people blindly following the Atkins plan.

Everyone has a unique metabolism, and I think the ideal approach is to pay attention to your body, learn how it responds, and learn how to take care of it properly. That's the only lasting solution.

I agree with all the other guys. These lose-weight quickly tablets are either at best a rip-off and at worse not very safe.

You're best doing it the old fashioned way. Burning off more calories than you intake and losing weight slowly.

Also I'm worried about you Boxshorts, you've posted your opinion on this topic without mentioning the word Weiner...are you feeling okay?

I would never ever buy diet pills, even though it says "clinically proven" the reason for their popularity is mainly good marketing, not scientific facts, there are a lot of doctors in my family and they all advise their patients to take extreme caution, the diet company's spokespersons/doctors are often on the diet-company's payroll. I would advise you to consult with your doctor and he will recommend "trusted diets" or most likely, tell you to do it like everyone else, work out and follow a sensible diet
(I hope my english is understandable :) )

I stumbled upon a definition of this "size 0" pill. It's a substance I've come across before called Clenbuterol. It's what's called a beta agonist and basically turns up your system rate... so in a nut shell it's your classic E/C/A stack with serious attitude. Your heart will rev and your body temp will skyrocket. In some cases heart beat irregularities can occur and in severe cases your body can literally be so overheated internal organ damage can occur.

THAT said, I would seriously recommend against playing with Clenbuterol. Studies have found that in mice, short term use leads to heart muscle damage. This is serious shit. If you're willing to sacrifice your quality of life in 20 years for a (short-lived) six pack tomorow... well, you have bigger issues to worry about.

While I'm all for intelligent use of supplements and nutrition to help reach a goal, it's unwise to try to skip the hard work. Ultimately the results you obtain without working for them are as ephemeral as the drugs you're taking to get them.

If you want to trim your body down, learn about nutrition, live by a strict diet plan and dedicate yourself to burning the calories with a couple hours of cardio a week. You can use a simple E/C/A stack to assist fat burning safely for a couple of months, but you'll need to go off it every 8 weeks because your body will adapt to it and it will stop working. But ultimately your results will be in direct proportion to your efforts, and because you earned them, you'll know how to maintain them.

Yeah Clenbuterol is great for asthmatics - and also shifts weight as it's similar to ephedrine.

Don't plan on sleeping much when you take it though - and don't take it if you've got high blood pressure, or any chest problems.
