Every night we are bombarded with anti-Obama ads, but the only time I've heard or seen a pro-Obama ad is when CNN or MSNBC makes a reference that they made an ad and show a little clip from it. I've NEVER seen those ads running during commercial breaks.

Even if Romney is not the official Republican candidate yet, the Dems need to get their asses in gear and start touting those ads NOW. People are going to make up their minds early, and I can tell you, most people I know around here won't be voting for Obama.

On the GOP side is the GOP, itself, the Romney campaign, and several Super-PACs that have raised a lot of money from people who are highly motivated.

Don't be stupid, people are not going to make up their minds early. Most voters have barely begun to think about the election. Sure, 45 percent are already to throw in for Mitt and 45 percent can't wait to vote for four more years of Obama, but the 7-10 percent of loafers, slackers and imbeciles who decide elections are too stoned, stupid and lazy to worry about voting.

Stupid? Who do you think watches those anti-Obama ads that out and out lie about him and his accomplishments? People on the edge will believe those ads when their minds are saturated with them. Especially the ones that start out with "I had really high hopes for Obama when I voted for him, but he let me down..."

You certainly giving Obama a tremendous excuse.

An incumbent has a huge advantage , its like a continuing commercial. Instant name recognition etc.

If Obama loses do not think it had anything to do with ads that lie.

For the most part people vote with there pocketbook and are unlikely to be swayed by "you never had it so good ads"

The reason why Obama will loose is not that more people will vote for Romney, they are will just stay home and not vote for Obama.

Additionally, historically over 80% of undecided voters generally vote for the challenger. The one exception was the Presidential election in 2004. The reason: if an incumbent has not sold a voter in 3.5 years, he is unlikely to make the sale in the final 6 months. If the challenger is perceived as a reasonable candidate, he will get the votes.

Patience, my precious. When Obama comes out, there will be "shock and awe".
