depends on your definition of clean? if you mean removing toxins and all that jazz, you're deluding yourself. your liver and kidneys do that job just fine, and drinking juice isn't going to change everything in some magical way. that said, if you normally eat crap, then the drinking of juiced fruits and vegetables (not sugar stuff out of a bottle, but actually juicing a bunch of raw fruits and veggies) will make you feel better because you've replace your crap food with healthy food. you can skip the effort of juicing your food by simply eating healthy food. .
