    One sport FOOTBALL the ultimate stress relief if u ask me lol. Then I also run play basketball again. Alit of mine stress relief is sports related and fishing is my non contact way being in nature and fresh air just chilling out.

    I have anxiety, a clean diet that includes papaya, cantaloup, and honeydew as they have properties that help with this.

    Also i've had 2 panic attacks in my life set off by a usage of caffeine in large amounts. I don't freak out that much any more but sometimes when I think I may get to that point i take a xanax

    Like insults, stress is for pussies, let is flow right off you like the stench of vaginas in a Victorias Secret store. People love to focus on it, somehow the fact that some stressful situation makes them feel important, or they are taking their job, school, relationship, etc seriously. Instead, let the stress go, it gets in the way of decisions.
    Chant, "stres if for pussies" and focus on the core issue. The do some of the really smart things the others have said, Yoga, Fap, workout like a mother fucker, get good sleep, seek counseling, fuck someone really hard, try soft drugs.
    Or, keep in mind, stress if for pussies and get shit done.

    Long distance cycling with the iPod.... it always works for me. Exercise especially walking running cycling is what we always promoted when i did that kind of work.

    I'm not sure what is outside of Chicago (I've never been) but, if you can, go hike a mountain. Nature is a wonderful remedy.

    And don't listen to an iPod while hiking hahaha defeats the purpose.

    I've found that, since I took a healthy turn (dropping the vices, eating healthy, and working out daily), my stress has gone down. Also, reading a good book helps.

    Read or watch something funny or something you enjoy. I love reading new entries at damnyouautocorrect.com before going to bed. It puts my mind in a good place before rest. I also watch my DVDs of all 10 seasons of Friends at night for the same effect.

    I also watch my DVR of Kitchen Cousins (fucking hoootties), Modern Family, Cougartown, Undercover Boss: Abroad, Long Island Medium.

    Sometimes, I just say, "none of this will matter when I'm dead". Pretty morbid, but amazingly effective icon_wink.gif
