    So after joining a gym a year and a half ago I have finally hit 199 lbs from the 250 I was. I am under 200 lol

    Next goal 190 and build more muscle.
    I have read on here you can't put on muscle and loose fat at the same time, but I lift weights an hour to an hour and a half a day, avoid fast food and it seems to be happening.

    I dont know what to do, I've been always a slim guy and I'd like to have a fitter body, now I'm 165 pounds and 6 foots (1.80 m), any advice? I joined a gym 4 moths ago but I've lost some weight but my goal is a fitter body and bigger arms, I don't want to look weak,, any advice?

    I remember hitting 199. I'd been about 260 and a year later at 199 it was a major milestone because I could get back to yoga, which I didn't attempt over 200 given joint and balance issues. Stayed around 180-195 for a couple years after that (see my 2010 profile pics), now I've been holding steady at 175-180 for the past 8 months so holding asanas are a breeze. My goal is to get back to a solid 199.
