I have a month to build cut up arms please if you know of a good exercises. Really need to build the "V" shape and add the rounded out bicep...
Coach_Mike saidNothing beats the preacher curl. Just make sure the bench you're using has a rounded pad that supports you so you can get a full contraction. The flat pads aren't nearly as effective. Also there's a piece of equipment you can buy at Walmart called The Blaster that develops the forearms. A lot of people ignore forearms when training arms.
