Well, you know that ur tricep is a bigger muscle group than your bicep right? tri = 3, bi = 2. try doing superset of arm workouts. also, try 21's with a w-curl bar.

21's is where you do 21 curls for one set (3 sets altogether). for the first 7 reps, bring the curl only half way, for the next 7 start half way and go all the way up then back to only half way and for the last 7 do the full curl. and u do this 3x. great way to stress ur biceps and help them grow.

One month? Dude, you can't gain much muscle in a month. Hell, it's hard enough to gain noticeable size in a year. Your best bet if you're hell bent on doing as much as possible in a month is to:

1 Get on Creatine. It will "plump" your muscles and make you appear more muscular. Unfortunately, for some, your stomach might look a little larger too.

2 Lift HEAVY. Squats, deadlifts and forget about all those isolation exercises for your arms. Instead, do close-grip bench presses, skull crushers, dips (while leaning forward)

Nothing beats the preacher curl. Just make sure the bench you're using has a rounded pad that supports you so you can get a full contraction. The flat pads aren't nearly as effective. Also there's a piece of equipment you can buy at Walmart called The Blaster that develops the forearms. A lot of people ignore forearms when training arms.

What would I want with four arms? Two are plenty.

Octopi around the world give you eight middle fingers.

Do the one arm chin up. Seriously, do as many chin ups as possible, and when you start getting tired do one last chin up and hold it up at the peak of the curl for as long as you can. Stay there for at least 30 seconds or until you think your arms will explode, then let go.

The Chin up is the undisputed king of Bicep builders.

Also, Focus on your Triceps. Skullcrushers really "cut" up the space between shoulders and bicep muscle. I hope this helps!

you can def get big in a short amount of time! Eat right and really focus on those arm muscles when youre doing the exercises. When youre curling, bring the curl up quickly and lower it back down very slowly making sure u tighten those bi's.

21s are GREAT for this and using the curl bar wide and close. Gotta mix it up!

It's not going to happen in a month! sorry...but I will give you this advice, focus on your triceps if you want big arms! Hit them hard and heavy! biceps you don't need to train as heavy they are a small muscle group, use lighter weights and focus on the contraction more then just trying to throw big weights around.
