    I have these in my back room. what would be a good workout routine, my main goal is to get abs. also what would be a good diet?

    The seat back is installed upside down in the first pic. Also, the date is incorrect.

    my dad set it up as a birthday present, I told him he put it on the wring way, I havent had time to fix it, and the date is wrong because I took the photo a while ago.
